A successful program requires participation and acknowledgement from all levels of the organization; management, employees, contractors, vendors, suppliers, and visitors. With regular meetings we will identify safety and training needs, and communicate potential hazards. At every level, employees are responsible and accountable for overall safety initiatives.
As a service company, we meet or exceed all regulations, legislations and laws. Rock Solid will ensure employees and contract workers are informed, and are familiar with legislative regulations. They will recognize their right to refuse work if there are any signs of imminent danger to themselves or others. We will also abide by the rules and regulations as set forth by our Clients and by Industry.
Rock Solid is COR certified and also on ISNetworld & Comply Works. We will strive everyday to improve our safety by taking new initiatives, development, training, communication and installing our safety values into our programs.
